The General Assembly - Comprising of all members of the organization is responsible for:

- Giving General Guidance to organization

- Considering Annual Reports from the Board

- Recommending Projects of the organization

- Electing Members of Board of Governors

The Board Of Directors - Comprises of 5 members is responsible for :

- Approving all Ministry transactions, both local and foreign

- Writing correspondences and receiving the same.

- Giving direction to the ministry’s activities

- Approving Work plans of the organization

The Management Committee - Comprising of 5 members is responsible for:

- Coordinate different departments of the organization.

- Day to day running of the Ministry

- Preparing Work Plans and Reports
